About YNK Construction
Why We Started This Company
YNK Construction was founded after years of boots-on-the-ground experience. Before launching the company, Yan Kaplan and Luis Mungaray worked side by side under other contractors, managing residential projects and renovating homes all over San Diego County.
Over time, they saw the same problems repeat themselves: poor communication, corner-cutting, and a serious lack of respect for homeowners’ time and trust. They knew things could be done better. A lot better.
So they teamed up and built YNK Construction with one goal: to do it right. That means smarter problem-solving, better service, and showing up with integrity. More than anything, YNK was created to make a difference in the neighborhoods their own kids are growing up in and to be the kind of contractor homeowners can actually count on.
Our Way Of Working
Over the years, we have built a reputation in the San Diego region of affordable and dedicated services. No matter how big or small the project is, the experience, knowledge and resources are utilized most efficiently. Your satisfaction is our main motto, and we strive to deliver the best services, so individuals’ needs are met, along with quality craft and professionalism. We customize our building process and guide you step by step through each construction procedure, ensuring that even the smallest detail goes according to your liking. With years of experience, we have come to realize that the most excellent approach to working home owners is tailoring each project according to the requirements and following the financing and budget of the process, making sure that each construction project is finished with attention to detail.
We have a modern and unique way of working where each project is completed upon mutual understanding. Rather than burdening you, we ease through the process and give you peace of mind- so you feel confident that you have made the correct decision in hiring an all-inclusive construction company.
