Completed project of a master bathroom renovation, featuring custom cabinetry, shelving, and herringbone tile.
Modern Barn-House Master Bathroom Remodel In Chula Vista
Another beautifully executed master bathroom remodel. With 120 square feet to work with, we were able to completely gut the space and reimagine it from the ground up. Through smart design choices, we maximized every inch—adding recessed shelves, a custom quartz shampoo niche, a double vanity with a built-in makeup station, a freestanding tub, and a walk-in shower enclosure. The result? A truly unique and functional bathroom that turned the owner’s vision of a “desert retreat” into a reality.

The out-of-pocket cost for the homeowner was $44,650. The Labor & Rough Material (pipes, fittings, electrical, drywall, thinset, paint, lumber, insulation) came out to $17,600 leaving the company with $5,600.
