Master Bedroom Addition in Chula Vista
Designed to Feel Like Part of the Original Home
This 432 square foot master bedroom addition in Chula Vista was designed to expand the home with a private en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and vaulted ceiling while tying naturally into the existing structure. The project also included a 200 square foot front deck that connected the new addition with the main house entrance, helping the entire expansion feel cohesive from both the interior and exterior.

Thinking About Building a Room Addition in Chula Vista?
One of the biggest goals in this project was making sure the addition felt natural with the rest of the house, both from the inside and from the street. The layout, rooflines, exterior siding, and front deck were all designed to help tie the new space into the existing home instead of making it feel like a separate structure added later.
