Whole Home Remodeling Project in Imperial Beach

This whole home remodeling project in Imperial Beach started with a 1,268 sq.ft family property that hadn’t been substantially updated in nearly 40 years. The homeowners had inherited the home and ultimately decided to renovate it for resale, but its condition meant this would be much more than a cosmetic renovation. The house was taken down to essentially the roof and foundation, giving us the opportunity to rebuild the major systems (new electrical, plumbing and air conditioning), improve the layout, and bring the entire property up to current standards. Throughout the entire journey that took almost 10 months from first contact to final inspection, the goal remained the same: make smart improvements that added real value and maximize the return on investment from a resell perspective.

Rebuilding the Home From the Inside Out

This wasn’t a renovation where we could simply update the finishes and work around what was already there. Once the home was opened up, nearly every major component needed attention. That gave us the opportunity to rebuild the house properly while also making targeted changes to the layout and how the space functions.
